IWD 2018

International Women's Day 2018 has come and gone. It didn't leave without been celebrated with the fanfare that it brings along.

One beautiful thing about IWD this year, is the theme.
Women from all works of life are encouraged to press for progress. Be it in big or small ways, there is need for the woman to help the other woman succeed. Encourage the others dream and venture, support the other woman to participate in politics and leadership, encourage role reversals between the husband and wife at home, challenge stereotypes to achieve gender equality.

We can do this and much more, and it can only happen in solidarity. Let every woman become sensitive to the plight of the fellow woman and progress will certainly be attained.
