MONDAY MOTIVATION


Dear Friends,

A new week has began and we are still observing the compulsory lockdown and social distancing measures to curb Covid-19.

In this solitude, it is very easy to remain idle such that the days roll by and we cannot attest to having accomplished anything in the end.

The question is, 'What would you like to do differently?'. The last time we advised no pressures in coming out with results at the end of this pandemic, but what can you hold yourself accountable for when all of this is over.

It is necessary for our self development that not a day passes by, without our accomplishing one small win, or taking one little step to being a better version of ourselves.

If at the end of this pandemic we come out knowing how to exercise better, sleep better, cook better, write better, read better, whatever activity it maybe, then it would be right to say, we have learnt to become accountable.

The word here is BETTER, to be more than you were yesterday and you can only achieve that when you can account for how you have spent your time.

Exercise
Create a timetable, insert your hobbies/activities in them, be careful to allocate enough time for each activity.
At the end of the week, outline the results you have attained at each activity and score yourself on a progress card.
